Shipping
& Delivery
Shipments are floor loaded/loose boxes or palletized with
common carriers chosen by our customers.
Ayca can also arrange shipping with some affiliated freight
companies with competitive rates when requested.
Once your order shipped, Ayca will send you acknowledgement.
You will receive a copy of your invoice and be given the freight company's name
and pro number to track your shipment. The freight company will contact you for
delivery appointment.
Please make sure to have enough help and/or proper equipment
for unloading merchandise upon delivery. Truck drivers provide delivery service
are not required to assist in unloading shipment.
Internet Retailer
Internet retailer is responsible for the shipping
arrangement. Please send Ayca shipping labels once your order is confirmed and
make appointment for will call shipment with our office.
Assembled, KD & RTA
All bedroom items are fully assembled except the bed frame. It mostly comes in three boxes, the headboard, foot board, and rails set & slats and it requires assembly.
All casegoods are
fully assembled.
Table tops and bases are “KD” (knocked-down) and require
assembly.
Chairs are shipped RTA but can be assembled upon request for a fee.
